Raised by his parents to have a holistic mindset, Jeffrey naturally gravitated towards Eastern medicines and meditative disciplines like tai chi and yoga during his teenage years. He would then go on to further his martial art studies with MMA training that required optimal physique and muscle power maximization. It was at this stage that Jeffrey realized how important and vital clean and proper nutrition and supplements can be for achieving health and fitness goals. Jeffrey then created this brand to cater towards others on a like path, seeking optimal health in a holistic and natural way as it may pertain to their own fitness goals, whether it be athletic, longevity, recovery related or just simply weightloss and coming to look and feeling one’s best! Training hard and staying disciplined is half the battle. The other half is how you refuel and what you put in!
